Stars & Stripes is proud of the fact that it has retained a key core group of employees over its 15-year history. This is unique amongst landscape companies, since in Minnesota landscaping is a seasonal business. Many of the Stars & Stripes employees have remained with the company after graduating from college and some are pursuing landscape degrees while working for Stars & Stripes. Teamwork is a strength of Stars & Stripes employees and customers recognize it in the quality of their finished projects.
